About the Volunteer Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to support your local community and get involved in providing members of CDM Community Transport with the gift of a lift.
You will be engaged in transporting vulnerable members to and from various types of appointments within our operational area and further afield if you feel comfortable to drive outside CDM’s operational area.
You will drive your own vehicle and be reimbursed for all mileage costs and out of pocket expenses.
Training will be provided around Driving, Moblilty Needs, Dementia, First Aid Etc.
You’ll become part of team and enjoy being socially connected.

About the Organisation
CDM Community Transport deliver transport to members living in Cookstown & Dungannon rural areas. They are funded by the Department for Infrastructure to deliver transport using Wheelchair accessible minibuses. They also operate a volunteer car scheme to assist with the delivery in individual transport journeys. They provide transport also for local groups and organisation
