About the Volunteer Opportunity
The volunteer will be required to work to support service users with Learning disabilities and/or Autism in a therapeutic Farm environment. This will involve feeding the animals, cleaning bedding etc and looking after their welfare. There will also be horticultural opportunities.
Days/times can be negotiated
About the Organisation
Kilcreggan Homes help people with a Learning Disability/Autism by providing a therapeutic environment in which to work to develop skills in animal care and ground maintenance based in the new project in Magherafelt.
Register your interest
Volunteers may be required to complete an Access NI disclosure for some volunteering roles. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a volunteer position.
